Update-PGPD Seeks Assistance in Locating Critical Missing Person

UPDATE- Approximately 1:00 p.m., on November 16, 2012, Sakie McGurrin returned home safely.



The Prince George’s County Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a critical missing person identified as 90 year-old Sakie McGurrin.  She was last seen at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 14, 2012, leaving her home in the 4900 block of Eastern Avenue in Chillum.  She was driving a gray 2005 Toyota Corolla with Maryland tags 763BFA.  A Silver Alert has been issued.

McGurrin is an Asian female, 5’3”, 140 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.  She was last seen wearing a dark coat and carrying a purse.  McGurrin suffers from high blood pressure and diabetes and is in need of her medication.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Prince George’s County Police Department’s District I Investigative Section at (301) 699-2601.
