PGPD Arrests Man for Sex Offense

The Prince George’s County Police Department arrested an Upper Marlboro man for a sex offense involving a teenager.

The preliminary investigation revealed that 54 year-old Cletus Chidex Okoro approached a male teenager in the 7300 block of Landover Road, Landover, Md.  Okoro was operating a black Lincoln Navigator, and lured the teenager into his vehicle by offering him money to wash his vehicle.  Okoro then drove to a car wash in the 8200 block of Landover Road, where Okoro committed a sexual offense on the teenager. Okoro then drove the teenager back to the 7300 block of Landover Road.

Okoro is charged with third degree sex offense and sexual solicitation of a minor.
