PGPD Citizens’ Police Academy Graduation

Posted on 8:20 AM by Unknown

Prince George’s County Police Chief Mark Magaw will congratulate the 29 graduates of Citizens’ Police Academy Session #31 at a ceremony at Police Headquarters.

During the 11-week program, the citizens learned extensively about the Prince George’s County Police Department.  Representatives from nearly every division within the PGPD interacted with the class, giving details about their division and taking questions.  The students also got hands on experience with the PGPD’s Judgmental Enhancement Training System, MILO.  The system provides state of the art use of force training for police officers.
