The Prince George’s County Police Department and our county public safety partners will deliver holiday food baskets to county senior citizens. The Prince George’s County Public Safety Assistance Program began collecting canned food donations on November 19, 2012. The donations are now being organized into food baskets for delivery. The program’s goal is to provide Christmas dinner for families in need across the county.

The media is welcome to attend the food baskets deliveries. Canned food donations are being accepted through December 21, 2012 at all Prince George’s County Police District Stations.
