PGPD Investigates Death in College Park

The Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating a death in College Park.  The deceased is identified as 47-year-old Mark Anthony Ziegler of the 9700 block of 52nd Avenue.

On March 9, 2013, at approximately 9:20 pm, patrol officers responded to the 9700 block of 52nd Avenue for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, patrol officers found Ziegler unresponsive inside.  He was taken to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.  There were no signs of injury to Ziegler and no immediate cause of death. 

Detectives are waiting on autopsy and toxicology results from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
